At Stone Catering, we use in-season, local organic produce and 100% naturally raised meats. Not only is this a sustainable practice that provides the freshest, healthiest food possible, it simply tastes better! Stone's co-founders, Greg Koch & Steve Wagner, have been involved in the international Slow Food movement since 2000. Slow Food promotes "getting back to the table" and celebrates natural, artisanal, and old-world approaches to food, and it is Stone Catering's mission to put these principles into practice while creating intensely flavorful, unique, and creative fare for events large and small.
